Post University has created a message alert system to keep the Post University community informed in the event of an emergency and/or school closing due to inclement weather. It is called the Post University Eagles E-lert Safety Notification System.
For your safety and convenience, we are requiring all students, faculty and staff to register with this E-lert System. With the exception of one system test a semester, you will only receive messages in the event of a true emergency. You also will have the option of receiving messages in the event of weather warnings or school closings. You will not receive advertising or non-emergency messages.
If an emergency situation should occur, messages will be sent out promptly with information about the situation and instructions on how you can best protect yourself.
This system will only be activated when Campus Safety and campus officials have determined that the campus community must take immediate action to remain safe and secure.
Post University is committed to keeping the personal information you provide secure. We will not sell your information to outside vendors or companies. It will only be used for emergency notification purposes.
There is no cost to sign up for this service. However, there may be costs for receiving messages depending on the service plan you have with your wireless provider.
